January 2010 Yolo County - Woodland
Man charged with robbery with prior strike allegation was facing 17 years in prison.
Thomas Maas assumed representation of the defendant after preliminary hearing and developed investigation to show neck tattoo of the robber did not match defendant and the height of robber was significantly shorter than defendant based on surveillance video.
- Trial proceeded in January 2010 and defendant found not guilty on all charges.
Client convicted of felony domestic violence at trial represented by Solano County Public Defender.
